I gave Mikalean to my Dad as a retirement present and he spent most of his time in Arkansas. Mikalean finished his championship handled by Bob LaRoeush with BOW at the Chicago Specialty and Best in Sweeps at Montgomery. He was handled in the sweeps by Danny Jenner, the first time he showed a dog. 

 




  

I was asked to show Mikalean when he was 6 years old because many people had his pups. I showed him to the breed and a friend asked me to have a young hound handler, Carlos Puig, show him in the group where he got a group 2. Carlos showed him for the next 2 years when Mikalean was in from Arkansas and he was a top rated dog both years. 





He had a successful stud dog career with 13 champions.
